The coronavirus pandemic in some way impacts practically everyone and presents emotional challenges for many. In this two-part webinar designed for NWC pastors and church staff, Dr. Linda Solie will teach practical psychological skills that incorporate the Christian faith. These skills equip people to cope with adversity and find relief from difficult or painful emotions.
Part 1 of the webinar will focus exclusively on coping skills for managing anxiety. In part 2, Linda will present additional methods for combating anxiety, as well as ideas for coping with isolation. In her dissertation research, she found that these ideas significantly reduced loneliness.
