Evangelical Covenant Church of New London is seeking a full time Youth Director to shepherd and lead a thriving, youth ministry of around 40 students, grades 6-12. We are looking for someone who is passionate about following Christ and is faithful to the mission of developing and cultivating spiritual growth in the next generation. This looks like both cultivating relationships with students and intentionally creating opportunities for spiritual growth. Must be able to work independently while also communicating with and leading a team of invested volunteer leaders to further the mission of NLECC.
