This position of Pastor will entail consoling, counseling, leading, mentoring, preaching and teaching the word of God, and administering the sacraments in a small rural community setting. We expect there to be office time for studying, counseling and visitation. The Pastor(s) shall be a member of the Leadership Team and an ex officio member of all ministry teams and committees and in such capacity shall strive to establish and accomplish objectives and strategies in conjunction with the mission and purpose of the church. We expect the Pastor to be visible in the community by visiting the hospitalized, shut-ins, sick and dining out at the local cafes. Most of all we are looking for a very outgoing individual with a smile on their face, laughter in their belly and God filled compassion in their heart.
