Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director is responsible to provide leadership for the Facilities of Adventurous Christians. AC strives to help each guest take a Next Step in Christian faith. We hope to remain faithful to AC’s long history of rustic minimalism, being good stewards, and small community. We hope for someone to bring skills and a work ethic that complement the setting and community. The job will include providing leadership, implementation, and organization for maintaining and repairing AC’s buildings, vehicles, grounds, tools, water systems, and other miscellaneous items all year round. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for executing or contracting the tasks as needed. All staff members participate in Maintenance, Program, and Hospitality services as needed. The Maintenance Director will also be responsible for training staff for tasks that may be assigned, i.e. chainsaws, mowers, snowblowers, etc. AC serves a variety of ages and Christian denominations.
