Assistant Pastor for Youth & Worship (APYW) shall have responsibility to oversee the activities and the spiritual care of the Senior/Junior High Youth programs of the church. Leadership, organization, and coordination of the praise and worship teams may fit for some candidates. The APYW shall work harmoniously and in close cooperation with the senior Pastor, parents, Church Board, Church youth, C.E. Committee, support staff, music teams, and volunteers.
